Services
Steadfast & Faithful provides SEO, PPC management, web design, AI visibility optimization, and content writing services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual service agreements.
Payment
Monthly services are billed in advance. Invoices are due within 7 days of receipt. We reserve the right to pause services for accounts past due by more than 14 days.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients own all deliverables created specifically for their business. We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless requested otherwise in writing.
Results Disclaimer
We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. SEO and digital marketing results vary based on market conditions, competition, website factors, and other variables outside our control. We commit to best-practice strategies and transparent reporting.
Cancellation
Monthly services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Project work is non-refundable once initiated unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 30-day period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
